Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange if an item arrives damaged. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within one hundred and eighty (180) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original seals and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at support@callbigdeuce.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging (or comparable packaging to protect the integrity of the product), and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you utilize a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please allow at least ten (10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately upon receipt and discovery of damaged product at support@callbigdeuce.com to arrange for an exchange or refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
